Understanding Women-Specific Requirements in Professional Sports
Regardless of your sex, athletes deserve the same treatment; but in this case, equality means to differentiate in the ways athletes need to be trained to perform at their best.
We closed our season-kickoff webinar series with a topic that’s particularly important to us right now — namely, what specific requirements do women have?
In our past session, Amina Ndao (Sky Presenter), brought together the opinions of sports and technology experts, as well as active female athletes.
Adam Forrest, Jana Hubel (KINEXON Sports Science Consultants), and Vanny Miale (S&C Coach for VakifBank Spor Kolübü, and the South Korean Volleyball Women’s National Team) discussed from their experiences, which women-specific requirements must be met in professional sports.

In order to advance the process of matching women-specific requirements in professional sports, KINEXON accompanies the professional women’s football team, TSG Hoffenheim, to further develop live player tracking and data analysis to the initial requirements of women.
