Your Personal Buddy
For the perfect start, every new employee is assigned an “old-established” employee at the start. In addition there is a three-day onboarding for all permanent employees.
Development and Feedback Talks
Our team leaders take care of your systematic and long-term development. Feedback discussions also make an open, mutual culture of compliment and criticism possible.
Further Training
At KINEXON you will receive a budget of €2,000 for further training and two training days. Also in this field, we focus on individuality: Courses, conferences, books, online formats and much more is possible!
Tech and Business Talks
There are countless possibilities to learn. One of the best is learning from experts. We, therefore, meet regularly for discussions with external visitors and internal colleagues who share their knowledge with us.
Retirement Plan
The health and well-being of our employees is very important to us. We therefore offer a company pension plan and travel health insurance.
Food and Shopping
There is also coffee, sweets and regular fresh fruit. With your Spendit Card with a monthly balance, you can go shopping as you please.
Cultural Events
Besides our annual events like the hut weekend, the Christmas party and the Oktoberfest visit, our NeXt Event should not be forgotten. There we present our latest developments in a casual setting.

We love sports! Running, football, climbing, racing… at KINEXON a lot is organized by our passionate colleagues. Those who exercise before work or during the break can use our shower facilities.
Home Office and Flexible Working Hours
We are a flexible company. It is thus perfectly normal for us to allow you to work in your home office several days a week if required. The start and end of your working day can also be flexibly arranged.
Top Location
In Germany we are located in Maxvorstadt and thus in one of Munich’s top locations. In addition to the English Garden, cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity.
