KINEXON won the title “Best Start-Up of the Year 2018” in the Start-Up Challenge at the award ceremony for the Factory of the Year of the trade journal Produktion and the management consultancy A.T. Kearney.
KINEXON won the title “Best Start Up of the Year 2018″ in the Start-Up Challenge at the Factory of the Year award ceremony of the journal “Produktion” and the management consultancy A.T. Kearney.
Many participants from the production & logistics sector responded to the call of the organizers. After several selection rounds, the selected participants were invited to the congress Factory of the Year on 6th and 7th March 2018 at the Maritim Hotel in Ulm. There the finalists were able to present their solutions to top-class experts and company representatives – including numerous plant, production and logistics managers. During a live demo on site, the congress participants were able to see for themselves the advantages of the high-precision localization and the real-time intelligence of the open software platform. In the end, the auditorium voted live for the winner.
The emotional highlight was the award ceremony on the 6th March 2018 with a speech by Mr Winfried Kretschmann, the Prime Minister of Baden-Württemberg. The award ceremony was moderated by the well-known TV journalist Katrin Müller-Hohenstein. In the end, KINEXON won the Start-Up Challenge against 3 other leading start-ups in the industry sector and secured the title “best start up of 2018″.
