KINEXON Hires 25-Year Strength and Conditioning Coach Jeff Dillman to Drive Football Expansion
Today, KINEXON announced that long-time strength and conditioning coach, Jeff Dillman, has joined the staff as Sales Director responsible for spearheading the company’s outdoor sports business, with a focus on football. Before joining KINEXON, Dillman spent time leading football strength and conditioning programs at IMG Academy, South Carolina, Alabama, Florida, LSU, UL-Monroe, and Appalachian State.
Dillman will focus on expanding the use of KINEXON’s outdoor sports product, PERFORM GNSS. Launched in 2021, PERFORM GNSS is revolutionizing the way coaches can monitor player workload in real time. Unlike competitor solutions, the system requires no infrastructure and is completely automated and accessible through the cloud, saving coaches up to an hour each session.
“Having worked with the nation’s top college football programs, I’m in a fortunate position to be able to draw on my experience to guide coaches in the right direction when it comes to utilizing technology. KINEXON is the undisputed leader. I’m proud to be a part of this team.”
A native of Rockingham, N.C., Dillman was a football letterman at Elon College before he transferred to Appalachian State. Dillman became a strength and conditioning coach at LSU in 2003 and led the Tigers to several notable achievements, including an SEC and BCS National Championship for the football team, Final Four appearances for both the men’s and women’s basketball teams and a College World Series trip for the baseball team. In 2006, Dillman took over the strength and conditioning program at his alma mater, Appalachian State, and helped the football program win two-straight Division I‑AA National Championships (2006−07) and the historic upset of No. 5‑ranked Michigan in 2007. In 2016, as a part of Nick Saban’s staff, Dillman helped Alabama earn a 14 – 1 record and a CFP National Championship.
“Jeff has achieved incredible success as a performance leader at the highest level of college football. His first-hand knowledge and understanding of how technology impacts the health and performance of athletes will be incredibly valuable as we showcase our products to new markets.”
KINEXON currently works with more than 400 teams and leagues across the globe including teams in the NFL, DI college football, and disruptor leagues such as Fan Controlled Football.
